At Alka Farm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your Alka Farm Alkaline Water Machine, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Replacement filters or accessories that have been opened
  • Gift cards

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@alkafarm.com or call [Your Phone Number] within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include your RA#. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization (RA#) may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover shipping costs.
  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or damage, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  2. Provide Photos of the damage or defect along with your order information.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.

International Returns

We currently only accept returns for orders placed and shipped within the United States.
